1 L of L Broth
15 g agar
Autoclave

L Broth Top Agar
Make L Broth Agar except substitute 7.5 g agar/L.

TMG (10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5; 10 mM MgSO4; 0.1%
    For 100 ml:
           1 ml of 1M Tris-HCl pH 7
           1 ml of 1M MgS04
           0.1 g gelatin
    QS to 100 ml, and autoclave
